Beatriz N. Arroyave, Esq.
Beatriz N. Arroyave is a licensed Florida attorney with over 12 years of litigation experience. Born and raised in Miami-Dade County, Florida, she attended Florida International University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2004. She then attended The Florida State University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2007.
Beatriz began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County. During her time as a prosecutor, she gained invaluable trial experience and built a good rapport with many members of the South Florida legal community – both of which have proven to be instrumental throughout her career. As an experienced litigator and former prosecutor, Beatriz has handled a variety of cases in both the public and private sectors.
Today, Beatriz focuses her practice on family and matrimonial law, handling cases such as contested and uncontested dissolution of marriage, child support, timesharing, paternity, domestic violence, child support modifications, relocation, equitable distribution, and alimony.
